La Mesa was designed to fill that space: a modern micro venue where guests can gather comfortably while enjoying exceptional service, thoughtful design, and beautifully curated experiences.

Beyond our private events, Mexico City Cuisine is proud to operate our flagship brick-and-mortar location at CoLab Public House in Vista, California. Open to the public daily, our restaurant welcomes families, friends, and the local community to enjoy the vibrant flavors and hospitality that inspired our catering and event experiences.
